More Than a Recall Count
A model's reputation doesn't decide your case. The symptoms your vehicle has, the repairs attempted and the time you lost matter most.

About These Records
NHTSA records below refer to 2023 Chrysler 300 vehicles, not all model years or your specific VIN. Complaints are unverified reports. No records does not mean a vehicle is trouble-free.
2023 300 Recall Records
Campaigns can apply only to specific configurations and production dates. Confirm whether your VIN is affected with NHTSA or the manufacturer.

PARKING BRAKE · 24V112000
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, and Dodge Challenger vehicles. The parking brake may be improperly adjusted, which can result in a vehicle roll away. Remedy: Dealers will properly adjust the parking brake, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 29, 2024. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 01B.

Does My Chrysler 300 Qualify?
A model's recall history cannot answer that question. Your repair attempts, when the problem was first reported and the vehicle-coverage rules in Maryland or D.C. matter. A lawyer can review those facts rather than relying on a model-wide rating.
If Lemon Law does not cover your circumstances, federal warranty or other consumer claims may be worth discussing. No remedy is guaranteed.
